Return and Refund Policy

We at always happy to serve with best possible service. If, we are not, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund based on our policy below:

  • It may not be possible to return some perishable product, opened items or items having sensitivity of food safety and risk of contamination.
  • Communicate error or products discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
  • Communicate to us or return the item to us preferably with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund, Make your return as soon as possible but within 14 days from the day of purchase, Alternatively, our delivery team will make best possible effort to collect as soon as possible or to be collected on subsequent delivery or collect when driver in the area.
  • Tobacco and alcoholic drinks range cannot be returned unless faulty or misdescribed, in which case proof of purchase must be provided. In case of exchange of such age restricted items, age verification required as per local authority regulations.
  • Part or full refund or exchange will be processed once we received item(s) satisfactorily item with return policy.
